Thanks redbird. I'll be picking up some Aleve today. I "think" the children's motrin and advil are making me sleepy. The motrin burns my throat a little too.

Avoiding the foods that I know contribute to the pain helps tremendously.  So far I  know that  tea, teff, chocolate and certain nuts trigger my pain. It really sucks having to avoid these tho. When I first started taking zyrtec, I could eat as much of these as I wanted.
Evidently I overdosed ...
