Sorry to hear about this trouble.   I´ve not the slightest idea of what it all means or I´d have said something.

I suggest you talk with your hematologist and ask his help.  You´re needing a cardiologist who is a specialist in arrhythmias.  There are NO studies as to how masto affects the heart, so our doctors are blind and must work on us on an individual basis.  So....YOU NEED A SPECIALIST!

Ask your hematologist to speak amongst his colleagues in order to explain the situation and find a doctor who can help you.  Since his medications affect the heart he needs to be involved.  Also, you can NOT be put on beta blockers.  They interfere with epinefrine if you are in a crisis state.  So make sure the cardiologist knows this.

Gosh, Enko, I´ve read it several times but it was always part of another publication and I can´t remember exactly where or in what document!!  

When my doctors wanted to do this with me, I had told them of this fact and they ignored me anyway.  So I went to Dr. Castells and asked her help and she sent me an email saying what meds she suggested stating that beta blockers are contraindicated for us.  That closed all arguments!

Try doing some googling my dear - beta blockers, anaphylaxis, mastocytosis epinephrine and see what you come up with.
