I had the same fear of not eating without it. To be honest, I rarely eat now unless it's my post cromolyn time. . .I've just got into that schedule and stuck with it. What I used to do is eat after my LATE night dose which I realize now is silly. You don't HAVE to eat after each dose. But I was also on high dose prednisone so had the major munchies
