Is being tired a symptom of MCAD?  I've had adrenals & thyroid checked & at the moment they seem to be in normal range yet I'm exhausted.  Thanks.

It is for me! But, recently found out my t3 is in the bucket. So... Could be a factor in my tiredness too. Staying on meds and getting plenty of rest help. I am always exhausted after a flare.
