Hi all,

My current meds are:

Morning:

180 mg Telfast (H1)(Fexofenadine)
300mg Ranitidine (H2)
10mg Singular (LTRA)

Evening:

10mg Cetirizine (H1)


I think the regime does quite well at surpressing most of my symptoms, particularly the flushing, dermagraphisum and chronic rhinitis.

I have heard of people on other regimes such as 300mg ranatadine twice daily (I think we call it a double dose).

Are there any additional benefits to this? Is there anything else I could/should discuss with my immunologist when I see him?
