Type of headache

Good morning all!

Could anyone describe to me what a histamine headache feels like. I have migraines and another type of daily headache that ranges from mild to severe and I am trying to sort it all out. I hope everyone has a great day!

I have a histamine headache today.  It woke me up in the night.  I took Singulair at 5 am.  Still had headache at 7 am.  Got up took a Zyrtec and cup of coffee and the headache is gone.  My head hurts across the front of my forehead.. throbbing pain.  Also nausea.  Not shooting pain in the eye like a migraine.

I ate toll house cookies and I should never touch chocolate again.  It happens everytime.  I will never learn.

My histamine headaches usually start with sinus congestion and pain.  Antihistamines either eliminate them or significantly reduce their intensity, but only if I take them before the headache gets too bad.
