zoftan for nausea that the above med doesnt control
EpiPens (very rarely)
I also carry emergency prednisone 60 mg (if needed) IF I start going into shock, I take this just before calling 911, it makes my shock episodes less severe and life threatening
MY Emergency meds that I carry--in case of shock are 2 epipens, the steroids 60 mg and Benadryl 50 mg.
Recently my primary threatened to take my vistaril away if I didnt stop taking zyrtec. He said I was over dosing myself and he even went as far as to call my pharmacy and tell them that! I stopped taking the zyrtec cause I needed the Vistaril so much.. I ran out of claritan and Quercetan and yes, you guessed it.. I went into shock.. last week.. I think Ive learned my lesson that this is MY body, my primary doesnt feel what I feel and his mistakes could cost me my life! I wont stop taking them again
hugs,
me
