My current cocktail is...

Morning:
10mg Claritin
150mg Zantac
4 vials of Gastrocrom

Mid-day:
10mg Pepcid Complete

Evening:
10mg Zyrtec
150mg Zantac
30mg Singulair
4,000iu vitamin D
500mg calcium
4 vials of Gastrocom

As needed:
Tylenol
50mg liquid Benadryl
EpiPens (very rarely)

Not long ago I was taking 300mg of Zantac twice a day and doubling my H1s (Claritin, Zyrtec)... the summer was very hot and I was having a lot of problems with hives.  Now that things have calmed down I dropped back to my previous levels.  We'll see how it goes Wink

I use both Claretin and Zyrtec because right now my Dr wont prescibe both Allegra and Singulair and even having one script, I have to wait for it to come from the company (expense).

Great question! Even better would be for everyone to list what they are diagnosed with (or their suspected diagnosis).

I have Idiopathic Anaphylaxis.

7 am
300 mg Zantac (prescription, not over the counter)
180 mg Allegra

4 pm
300 mg Zantac (prescription, not over the counter)
10 mg Zyrtec

If I feel unwell anytime before my 4:00 meds, I can take an extra 10 mg Zyrtec.
If I feel unwell anytime after 4pm and before 7 am the next day, I can take an extra 180 mg allegra.
If that doesn't work, I can take 10 mg Singulair.
If that doesn't work, I can take 10 mg hydroxyzine.
If that doesn't work, I am to the point of passing out, which means epi pen(s). Have never had to use those before!

I had to laugh that I wrote that I have "digestive and flushing issues."grin  Of course, I meant turning red, not pushing down the handle!  LOLOL.  Joan

I'm taking:

AM
1mg of Ketotifen
10 mg of Zyrtec
25 mg of Hydroxizine
300 mg of Randitidine

PM is the same except 2mg of Ketotifen

Gastrocrom 5ml 4x a day
Two extra doses of Hydroxizine in there throughout the day

I will be upping the AM Ketotifen tomorrow to 2mg instead of 1mg as I'm in an IA flare that I haven't been able to get out of for two months so I'm temporarily also taking prednisone

I have Indolent Systemic Mastocytosis. My meds are am- 1 otc zyrtec and 1 otc 150mg zantac, gastrocrom 3x a day and 1 150 mg zantac in the evening.   I get my gastrocrom at CVS here in Boston.  I also take asacol 3 x a day for colitis(4200) and meds for Hashimoto's and High Blood Pressure as well as vitamins.
One tip I did get from this site was the availability of nasalcrom.
When I traveled to Hawaii in November, the airlines ruined some of my luggage(the one with my gastrocrom).  Gastrocrom was unavailable on Kauai. I did remember someone using nasalcrom that they got at Walmart. There was a Walmart on the island and I was able to buy the nasalcrom there.  Hence, I had a great vacation without the worries of not taking my meds. A big thank you to whomever mentioned it. Does anyone use cromyln for vaginal itch??  I have used it with a sensitive astroglide lubricant and it works very well.  I'd like to make an ointment but need a script and compounding pharmacy to do this.  May be hard to get a doctor to believe me.

Im using Monistat cream, both vaginally and externally for itch. I think mine is relaated to a cycle I seemed to be caught in of infections--antibiotics that I react to, so I stop taking them and yeast infections that pop up after each one--I also get candida (thrush) easily, I have diflucan and eat Activia yogurt with life cultures if I dont have a script for the diflucan--it helps tremondously hen my mouth hurts.
Good luck!!

Here is my updated list of meds.. it changes as time goes by;

50 mg prednisone (tapering off for recent shock)
259 Cipro--for UTI will be done in 8 days but Im reacting to it Sad  not taking
Atenolol 12.5 mg down from 100 mg..for tachycardia.. I cant seem to make the final jump off of this, my heart rate jumps wayy up if I dont take this tiny amount.

Mid-day:
extra antihistamine (zyrtec or Benadryl) as needed (IF reacting)  I think I will do this more often, as I am flushing during the day now.
GastroCrom 2 vials

Evening:
ditropan for bladder spasms
10mg Claritin
10mg Zyrtec
300mg Zantac
500 mg Quercetin
Vistaril 25 mg for brain fog and bladder spasms
Nasalcrom 2 puffs
GastroCrom 2 vials

BP med-Cardizem
Insulin
250 Cipro... not taking but Im supposed to be, Im reacting to it

As needed:
Prilosec for heartburn
.02 mg clonidine for high BPs
10 mg  vicodan <--usually three a day
50 mg Tramadol, if my pain level is still bad between the Vicodan
.25 mg Xanax<--usually once a day, this is a life saver to me, keeps m stress level wayyy down, I do better all day
25 mg  Benadryl--for flushing in between doses of meds
25 mg promethezine--nausea/vomiting
zoftan for nausea that the above med doesnt control
EpiPens (very rarely)

I also carry emergency prednisone 60 mg (if needed) IF I start going into shock, I take this just before calling 911, it makes my shock episodes less severe and life threatening

MY Emergency meds that I carry--in case of shock are 2 epipens, the steroids 60 mg and Benadryl 50 mg.

Recently my primary threatened to take my vistaril away if I didnt stop taking zyrtec. He said I was over dosing myself and he even went as far as to call my pharmacy and tell them that! I stopped taking the zyrtec cause I needed the Vistaril so much.. I ran out of claritan and Quercetan and yes, you guessed it.. I went into shock.. last week.. I think Ive learned my lesson that this is MY body, my primary doesnt feel what I feel and his mistakes could cost me my life! I wont stop taking them again Smiley
hugs,
me

I've only recently been diagnosed with MCAD.
Allergies all my life so I'm ultra sensitive to anything additional that comes along.

A.M.
10 mg Zyrtec (only brand name)
150 mg Zantac (mint coating only)
325 mg coated Aspirin - for the brain fog
40 mg prozac

P.M.
10 mg Zyrtec
150 mg Zantac
325 mg Aspirin
10 mg Singular

recently added 25mg Hyroxyzine (helps with bladder pain)

Feel stable physically.  I'm still thinking that nothing is wrong with
me and it must be all in my head, however, last time I tried to
go off my meds, I crashed.
