Unfortunately, I don't believe Dr. Castells will accept an email if you are not her patient.  I could be wrong. But I do know she has more than a thousand patients. She is out of the country a lot, attends world wide conferences, is the head of fellows at Harvard and is a researcher with her own lab.

I am sure she would like nothing more than to be able to have the time to do this, but sadly she does not.

If you have questions about something specific, I am sure you could call her office and they may be able to help.

She is at Brigham and Women's Hospital in the allergy/immunology dept.
