I was reading the links provided by one of the members on some of the classifications (thank you so much for that, I was very appreciative of them) and a key word caught my eye to go pursue more reading on.  

I have been asking my doctor specifically about anger, belligerence and irritability because I had not seen others mention this, but it's like clockwork in our house and I kept describing it as something that happened to me much like someone who is having a low blood sugar.  We all have this exact set of symptoms, so unbeknownst to me, I was describing this exactly.  I will be adding this to my list of things to ask about in Boston.
