I am hoping someone can help.....I just out of the blue experienced a really severe episode. I have been feeling really off the last couple days and today after lunch all of the sudden I got so tired I could barely keep my eyes open, got very cold and heart rate very slow, then severe stomach cramps, diarrhea and sweating, then my chest became very itchy and red....I took some benadryl and am hoping it will settle but I am still feeling very off, lightheaded and sick.....what the heck was that???? It scared the beejesus out of me ....it was soooo sudden
