When does Cromolyn start working?

I just started taking Cromolyn yesterday, and I am wondering how long it should take before I should start feeling improvement.  I have a terrible migraine since yesterday, and I don't know if Cromolyn is making it worse.  I am taking sumatriptan for the migraine.  I am on a low hystamine diet that was working somewhat last week, so I cannot figure out what else could be causing the migraine.

I only took one vial the first time, but I went ahead and took two 4 times a day after that.  Most of the time I start much slower with meds, but I had to stop taking hydroxizine cause it makes me so tired.  My rash has turned to hives, and it is spreading.  I am trying to avoid predNOzone, so I jumped right into bag!  

Speaking of which, I was rather shocked at the size of the bag of Cromolyn vials.  I need another medicine cabinet to hold a month supply.
