I finally found the name of the anesthesiologist at CU Medical Center (Denver/Aurora) who did my anesthesia for a hand surgery.  In a previous position, he's done  anesthesia on children with masto.  I haven't asked him yet if I can post it, but if anyone needs the name, PM me, and I'll get it to you.  I was very happy that he listened to my concerns and was very reassuring, knowledgeable, and also very nice, a real bonus!
