I am interested in how other take their Cromolyn?

I have 100 mg powdered capsules and I take 2 four times a day.  I wanted it to be well spaced so I take it at 0600 1200 1800 and 0000. I heat up some water and mix it with the powder.

I only eat after the noon and 1800h one. It's fairly disruptive to sleep the hours I take it. I'm sure to take it on an empty stomach and don't eat for at least 30 mins after.

But what does everyone else do?
