I have a video of myself during one of my episodes doing the whole shaking, not able to talk thing.  I'm sorry you have that but I'm happy to hear I'm not the only one.  It is like a seizure for me as well except I'm conscious and I can kind of talk if slurred speech or only the first letter of the word I'm trying to say counts.  Very very weird.  And high amounts of  benadryl will put a stop to it for me.  When I first got this craziness I went to the hospital involuntarily thrashing and moving like the girl in the exorcist.  I was screaming and my tongue was moving all over my mouth and they left me in the hallway thinking I was a crackhead.  Now looking back I know exactly what it was....crazy mast cells.
