What to Ask?? Phone Consult w/ Dr. Castells Today.

I'm now up in the middle of the night because my head just won't quiet down. seems to happen alot lately.. (ok.. maybe it's the horrific pain in my back and shoulders.. but I've gotten pretty good at ignoring that.)

I have my first phone consultation with Dr. Castells later this morning and I'm so dizzy I don't even know what to ask her...

I know enough to know that "standards" don't really exist with masto but are there any basic questions that I should be asking her?

Maybe I shouldn't hope for too much? I'm wondering what happened that you didn't get to ask your questions?

He did most all the talking plus he was behind in seeing his regular patients. He was gracious enough to spend a very long time with me but like I said, he did almost all the talking. Since he was the authority on mast cells I felt like I should just listen. I REALLY wish I would have spoken up at some point and started asking questions Sad

I traveled a long way to see him.

I would suggest that you pick out the top ten questions placing the five most important to you at the top of your list so if you are in the middle of your phone call and she has to go, you will have at least hit some of your most important questions. Just a suggestion.
