I was reasearching today to try and find some natural ways to help reduce inflammation and came across many articles on vitamin E's ability to reduce prostaglandin levels. I also came across many articles on it being used for pain caused by dysmenorrhea. Here is one of those articles. Also note that vitamin E can have a blood thinner effect,
