I can usually chase away headaches with some Benadryl, Tylenol, and caffeine (which is a vasoconstrictor). Mine are not migraines though... just a sign that I'm reacting. If you need something stronger, the safest thing is Ultram (tramadol). Avoid aspirin, NSAIDs, and opiods unless you know they're safe for you personally... they're common triggers.

The don't call it the headache medicine for nothing. Sometimes I have to decide what is worse, the masto or the headache.

As long as you can tolerate aspirin... like people with SM doing aspirin therapy for prostaglandins... it should work great! It's amazing what a difference it makes to add caffeine. Heather
