CCC posted an article by two doctors in Maine.  They appear to be Family Practice doctors with quite a bit of knowledge about mast cell disease.  This is the article:  http://www.aafp.org/afp/990600ap/3047.html  and these are the doctors:  WILLIAM A. I have had no contact with them, but they have published this article, and if anyone is in Maine, they could be a place to start.  Note that the article is not new, so don't know if they're still in practice there, but thought I'd post this in case anyone in that area needs a place to start.
