Those lumps? Im just taking a guess but many of us have Lymphodema caused by the masto and lymph nodes anywhere in the body can swell at times then it suddenly disappears. Mine are all on the right side of my body (weird). It usually only lasts a few weeks and stops. If you have too much pain from it or notice symptoms of infection--like heat or color changes--then make sure to see your DR.
