From my reading I happen to come across the dermatologist Dr. Gary Sibbald and hematologist Dr. Tina Trinkaus both in Toronto. It looks like Dr. Sibbald is at Women's College Hospital, and I guess Dr. Trinkaus is still at St. Michael’s Hospital.

Howerver, I would join the Mastocytosis Society of Canada forum and see their doctor recommendations. Only Canadians are allowed to join so I haven't seen it.

I saw Dr. Sibbald mentioned in the facebook MCAD group's list of doctors:
