PRAYERS FOR RAMONA and get well wishes (heart attack)!

Hello everyone,

I wanted to let you know that our sweet forum advisor, Ramona (riverwn) had a heart attack yesterday. She is in the hospital and apparently had 3 stents put in. I have no other news, but hopefully she is doing better now.

Please feel free to leave Ramona messages here. Ramona loves everyone on this forum, even those she hasn't had a chance to chat with, so I know that I can speak for all of us in wishing her a quick and healthy recovery.

Thank you everyone. The prayers brought me thru and I truly felt the love of family and friends. I am being ultra good, measuring everything and am quite proud of myself now. If all goes well I will be a thinner and happy Me in one year lol. Again thank you. Your friendship and concern mean the wholeeeee world to me.
