I'm thinking about getting this vitamin for my children:

It is preserved w/ EDTA.  I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if this is a known degranulator of mast cells? I'm not sure my children need to be worried about this, but they have enough "odd" responses to thinks to keep me on my toes.

PS: I welcome any other thoughts on a GOOD vitamin (but it has to have 5MTHF, not folic acid) and probiotic for my children.
