protein powder?

Can anyone use this? Does anyone use Ensure?  I'm just curious ... I can't seem to gain weight and am trying to add what I can...

I use 100% whey isolate natural without any sweetener or added flavoring and I can tolerate it very good.
I mix it with water because my mast cells are mildly triggered by milk. I think it is because of the caseine because I am not allergic to milk and I get no problems from lactose.

I tried just about every type of protein powder you can get this year. Except for hemp because that's a bit too expensive.

Like 99.9% of foods, I either felt bed straight away or noticed I was feeling considerably worse after a few days and felt better once I stopped taking it.

I don't even know if I have a mast cell disorder. I can't find anyone who has such problems with essential nutrients like calcium and vitamin A. So not sure if my advice means anything.
