Does anyone know?  Are we supposed to take the H1 and H2 at the same time for better results?  Or can they be taken at slightly different times?

I am taking so many pills now.  That's why I ask.

For my Hydroxyzine HCL (H1), I can take that on an empty stomach with no problems, and I do that, right after I come home from exercising in the AM and before bed.

Then I eat breakfast and then I take the Ranitidine (H2) and the Allegra (H1), because I find that I need food in my stomach for these two.

Any opinions? Does it matter how I take these?

The H2 is used to PREVENT stomach issues, so we generally take that BEFORE eating, not after for optimum success.

You are welcome! Of course, don't forget that since we mast cell people all react differently, our advice is more a generality and you might actually be a person who does better with H2 AFTER eating. Unfortunately, the only way we find out is through trial and error.
