Yes, I feel very hot when I flush.  Icy packs are my best friend.  I put them anywhere that feels hot.  I still get facial and upper chest flushing.  Sometimes my palms turn red, especially if I'm in a flare.  They feel hot then, too.

If the other diseases that cause flushing haven't been ruled out, ask your doctor to have you tested for them.
