One of the toughest of my triggers is calcium. For instance calcium supplements, sea salt, calcium-enriched milk, or anything else with calcium will cause me to immediately feel pressure all over my face and head. It takes about 3 days for it to die down.

I'm calcium deficient and can't do anything about it.
