Got a call, all the lab work is back except chronic uterica index. Everything is normal, continue meds and he will have in depth discussion with me March 8. Now what?

I have autoimmune chronic urticaria and this most definitely would account for all your symptoms if it comes back positive.

Ditto.  The "CU index" is the only mast-cell-related lab test I've had that came back a clear positive.  Even if yours is negative, that doesn't mean nothing is wrong... especially if mast cell medications are helping you.

Don't forget that those of us with MCAS tend to test negative to nearly everything! The most important thing is that is you are responding well to meds, then you are on the right track. It is actually a good thing to test negative and get normal results!
