The creatine Clearance has to do with your kidneys, so I would suggest you go to a nephrologist and have this looked into further.  Don´t freak, not yet cause there are various things which can make that marker go off, and sometimes it´s temporary, so find a good nephrologist and see what they can find about it.  As to the other markers, one thing I´ve learned is that it´s not always concerning when you have one reading that´s off, it´s the consistancy of those readings being off which are concerning.  Also, it´s not the low normals or high normals which are concerning, it´s when they are WAY OFF that is concerning.  And it´s not always just one of a group, but SEVERAL of a group which need to be off to make your doctors eyes pop.   I´ve had my platelets go below normal, further than yours and the next exam they were back in the normal ranges - for no reason.  So, don´t worry about this, Wendy.  At first it´s hard not to be concerned, but if you don´t see your doctor doing this: , then you should do this and give a sigh of RELIEF!!!

140K on the platelets is no problem  Below 50K is worrisome (from what I understand, that's about the point when you would start to have symptoms).  When they dip below 10K you can easily bleed to death.

High creatinine clearance is actually a good thing!  It's similar to GFR.  The higher the number, the better off you are.
