While I was asleep last night a heavy bookshelf fell off the wall next to my bed.  The incredibly loud bang was a true rude awakening and resulting adrenaline rush, which triggered the mast cells and got my heart just pounding and racing for hours, kept me up all night. Now I am exhausted and have to go to work, still feeling all strung out on adrenaline.  Good thing I am not a shocker or else it would have been bad.
