I have only recently been diagnosed with MCAD. I am curious if what I have been experiencing for many years could be associated with the disorder. Every time I get a fever, i get a speckled rash on my neck, torso, and the inside of my arms. This also happens with extreme heat mostly at the coast. This rash though can get prickly like pins and needles. Anyone else have these symptoms?

I get tiny raised red 1 mm bumps on my thighs too. Not sure if this is similar to yours? I also get hives during bad reactions to triggers.

It sounds like a heat rash, or "prickly heat" as my Mom always called it. Here's a slideshow with information in it that might help help you know if that's what you've had. I never had it nearly as bad as one of the slides shows, but it would often occur on my neck, upper torso, and wherever skin could rub against skin.
