Just wondering;
Clark's sent me a Universal Claim for a Compounded Medication .
Has anyone been successful in getting their healthcare provider to co-pay?  Huh

I still haven't sent mine off. Sad huh? I have about 6 months worth of receipts. My goal is to send them off this month. I will let you know.
