Dr Afrin has been appointed to the Medical Advisory Board of The Mastocytosis Society, dated March 1, 2012.

I got an email back from Dr. Afrin today and he said he knows MCAS but doesn't know much about Systemic Mastocytosis.  He recommended other docs for SM.
