I have been having problems with my blood pressure dropping low every evening..but no changes in diet , medicine, etc... During the day it is only occasionally low but for several weeks it's been a struggle and a bit scary at the end of the day. Laying down doesn't bring it up either so I drink, drink, drink and try to stay calm. Has anyone else gone through a certain time of day being worse than other times?
