Trying something new.

I am going to start drinking a little bit of cherry juice.  Now, I know that it is on the histamine releasing food "no" list, but it doesn't appear to bother me and I am wondering if it will help.

Has anybody else tried it?

I haven't tried it. Let us know how it goes.

It seems everyone is different in what the can and can't tolerate. My advice, as I'm sure you'll do, is only try a small amount at first, don't be alone and have meds nearby

Before I got sick, cherries, were one of my "oral allergy" mouth itching foods, so I've been avoiding them since. I still used to eat them by the bucket full and would just get mild lip swelling, but I'm NOT going back there with how reactive I am now

Sounds tasty though, hope it doesn't cause you problems
