The Mastocytosis Society Canada is asking for assistance in completing a Patient Survey to improve and advance diagnostic, treatment, emergency and surgery practices, for mastocytosis, mast cell activation, and idiopathic anaphylaxis, throughout Canada.

The attached announcement has all the details.  Alternatively go to http://www.mastocytosis.ca for a summary, where the official announcement with details is also available for viewing and download on the front page.

In summary:
-          Patients and carers are invited to participate
-          You do not need to be Canadian
-          Send an email to info@mastocytosis.ca indicating your desire to participate (indicate your Province/State, Country)
The survey closes on January 30. 2012
