Eye specialist told me that my swollen eye was due to plugged oil glands probably from the large amounts of antihistamines I was taking. He did not tell me to go off my meds but hubby has been telling me for a couple weeks he was worried that I was taking so much without a doctors order. Well I did a DUMB thing and went off all of them except the Zantac. Boy was that a mistake. I hadn't realized just how miserable and non functioning I was before starting them. I sure remember now! I'm starting ALL of them back up. Told husband and he really didn't fuss at me like I thought he would. He has seen my decline so he must know now that the meds help me. I've always preferred to NOT take much medicine but I'm changing my ways seeing how much all this helps.
