Anybody every tried acety-l-carnitine? It is supposed to be good for fatigue, weight loss, memory issues, diabetes all kinds of things. I found a few links on line, I took a look at the studies and the studies show people with fibro and CFS amongst other things show improvement. I could definetly use some more energy, soooooo tired these days.
