As soon as I saw this new category it reminded me of Sandi and her offer to headbutt the Dr who upset me LOL.. I just had to post that here to encourage people when the dr appt isnt quite going as you expected, close your eyes and visualize LOL...

Ramona!! I hadn't been on in a few weeks been feelin like crud and this made me laugh!!! Thanks!! It's so true the headbutt visualization is better than prison right !!!
