I have a potential prostate issue (biopsy in a month).  So I figured I would do a little non-prescription therapy now.  So I have added vitamin E and I am drinking cranberry and POM juice.   Tomatoes and Lycopene are supposed to be good as well.   I can eat tomatoes without any issue.  But I know that I get ichy small hives if I hang around the plants (we have them in our garden)... So I got some lycopene  ( the stuff in tomatoes that helps) but I am always leery of taking new stuff for fear of flushing or worse.   Anybody taking this stuff?
