Has anyone survived having one?
I need to get one after surgery for long term antibiotics

I react to plastics and usually to peripheral IVs which tend to clot and do weird things, so having a line into my heart makes me question whether I'll survive it :S

Nevermind the IV antibiotics 8-) :D
