I'm in the big middle of a flare and I'm having a new and unique symptom. Everytime I eat, I get really cold afterward. Does anyone else have this issue?

At some point I'm sure this must have been the case since I had taken to drinking hot water quite a few years ago. And drinking it constantly, so I'm guessing yes. It is not something I'm dealing with constantly now...but at times I will. Now I know to take more allegra or a Benadryl, find a blanket, get my hot water and rest.

Hi Aggie--Maybe your reacting to what you are eating? I get really cold with reactions, and have Raynaud's now, so my fingers turn white. I also take extra antihistamines and try to warm up and rest. Good luck! --Sarah

YES!! I have to eat and then get up and move. If I sit around then my hands and feet turn to ice and I have to wrap myself in a blanket. I am sitting here right now wrapped in a blanket!
