I just wondered what you all thought about this.

I'm reacting to grass pollen right now because it's extremely high. Meds like allegra, zyrtec, nasalcrom and benadryl are stopping me from having constant watery eyes, runny nose, sneezing, etcs.

But once these meds have cleared my body, I'm getting a thick
mucous dump from my head. I'm assuming I need to let my body ddump this or else it's going to ddump this.

:-/ my editor flaked out on me.

But I was asking about the mucous I'm seeing when my allergies are flaring and my meds have worn off. I feel better once I let all this drain out of me.

I've taken mucinex a couple of times recently just to make sure it doesn't get too thick.

I just wondered if we're stopping a "natural" process with these meds and what that does to our bodies.
