Cold drinks of water or being outside when it is called, I get bad headaches and incredible irritiability. A nice warm batch or bowl of cereal quickly fixes me up... when it's accessible.

Extreme temperatures can be triggers for many people. Do tell your doctor and ask which medicine would be recommended for this. I find extra antihistamines are very helpful for heat sensitivity. Maybe it would work for cold, too.
