This was a weird one. I woke up with a sinus headache, used some Breathrite saline nasal spray and BAM 15 minutes and I was on the way to a full blown ANAPH. Took all my meds and emergency meds and went to bed. 30 minutes of waves went by before I felt myself again. Anyone ever have this before. The sinus headache could have set it off too, but that would be new as well. :o

this isn't really the same but I had full blown reactions to saline infusions that I was to get for my hypovolemia. Apparently there can be preservatives that we can react to even in saline....so your reaction doesn't surprise me after what I went through too :)
