For those who flush from niacin, children's multi-vitamins often don't contain it. There is a Walgreens children's gummies multi that doesn't have artificial colors or flavors either. It does have some ingredients that could bother some people, so do check the label. Of course it's dosed for children and not perfect for adults, but it gets so annoying taking so many individual vitamins. So happy to chew two.
