Histame suppliment- has anyone heard of this ? I was doing a histamine content search the other day and came across this. Apparently it has something that breaks down food hitamines if taken 15 min before eating. Didnt know if it is safe for us or not.

I haven't heard anyone say Histame is safe and/or effective for MC disorders. Haven't tried it myself.
