i have been having swelling on one side of my neck/ or throat i really dont know where its coming from but i am thinking more from my neck area, i get this after i eat sometimes. even when i dont eat any of my allergens. its a tight feeling and if i touch it it feels like a popping noise, does anyone eles get this? i had it on and off for 2 years now, doctors dont know anything!

Yep

If you haven't already I would keep a detailed diary of what you ingest (every single ingredient), what you smell, your stress etc. See if you can sort out patterns. I found going organic and to simple foods/recipes so I knew exactly what I was eating without preservatives etc helped eliminate some variables

Also, triggers of our symptoms if you have mast cell issues do not always show up on allergy tests so it's trial and error. You might want to check out the low histamine diet if you haven't already ::)

Oh yeah. When I get that I assume I have ingested or came into contact with something my system has decided is BAD! I pop a couple Benadryl, drink a ton of water and it either goes away or lessens considerably.

Good point Kim, When throat swells, I lay flat quiet, don't speak, try to stay calm and let it settle whilst assessing need for breakthrough meds

hate it! I know everyone does.
