Does anyone know if there is a doctor in the Houston area? If not, the state of Texas?

Donna - I'm going to one in Austin next week who has MCAD experience. I'll let you know how it goes. Dr. Verstocek from MD Anderson recommended him for me. Here's hoping for those of us in Texas!
