I just found this link last night. It's an easy read and not full of medical jargon. I think it could be helpful to print this for family who just don't understand or perhaps it will help confirm for some that, "oh my gosh, yes, that's how I feel too"

I found loads of other articles as well that I will read first and then add the links to this section. Hope someone can find these helpful.
